About the Role:
As a Spot Boy, you’ll be the heartbeat of our production set — ensuring everything and everyone is ready to roll. You’ll assist the direction, camera, and art departments, handle set logistics, support actors and crew, and keep the environment running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain shooting locations before and after takes.
- Coordinate basic needs for cast and crew (props, refreshments, minor errands).
- Assist departments with on-set tasks and quick problem-solving.
- Support transportation and equipment handling when required.
- Be proactive, punctual, and dependable on every shoot day.
Ideal Candidate:
- Physically fit, energetic, and willing to work flexible hours.
- Basic understanding of film set environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience in production assistance is a plus (not mandatory).
